I knew Andy Lau since I was very little, when he acted as Yoko in Return of the Condor Heroes, but to me he was just like any other stars, although one of my cousin was very much crazy about him and talked about him all the time when we met, which made me teased her a lot. Perhaps one of those words she used to curse me really worked hahaha, so that one day I went to the movie, alone and couldn't find anything I want to watch but No Risk No Gain (至尊计状元才), starred by Alan Tam, Andy Lau, etc., and I decided to watch the movie.

Nothing feel so special about this movie at that time, until I saw this karaoke scene, in which Andy Lau sang this song (let me know if I need to fix the translation. Thank you ^_^), then I went out of the cinema empty headed hahaha. I loved the song very much, so I asked a friend, a fanatic fan of Dave Wang Jie, whether she's got this song in her collections or not, and she's got it!!! So I borrowed the cassette with this song and another two of Andy Lau's songs (我的心也有寂寞的时候 wo de xin ye you ji mo de shi hou - There Were Also Lonely Times In My Heart and 风中的歌 feng zhong de ge - Song In The Wind), which then started my life adventure in becoming one of Andy Lau fans.

I collected a lot of Andy Lau songs cassettes since, while it wasn't a very easy thing to do at that time for a young girl in a small city in Indonesia (I couldn't buy those cassettes in just about anywhere while the price were way too expensive for my pocket money). Why so? I don't know. Even without understanding the meaning of each word in those songs, but they make me feel... honestly I don't know how to describe it hahaha. So then I decided to take Chinese as my major in college on 1995, just because I wanted to know what the meaning of those songs' lyrics. Crazy? Indeed, I am ^,^
